This dish should be pakbet but unfortunately shrimp paste is not available in my place so I just saute it and put a little soy  sauce. It is still delicious because the ingredients are so fresh. If you like veggies I am sure that you will love this dish. Try it and have fun cooking.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Squash

1/4 kilo green or string beans

1/4 klo okra

1/4 kilo eggplant

1 small bitter melon ( ampalaya)

3 cloves garlic

1 onion

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 glass water

Procedure:

1. Saute the garlic and onion.

2. Add the squash and soy sauce, simmer for few minutes.

3. Add the water, let it boil then add the eggplat and beans, simmer until it is almost half cook.

4. Add the okra and ampalaya simmer until it is done

5. Serve it with love :-)

    Vegetables are very healthy and delicious. I hope people who are not fond of eating them will finally realize what they are missing when they skip their vegetable meals.
